Internal Employee Qualifications:
-Current Positions Considered: ASCM or SCM level only. Some Sr. Technicians may be considered if they possess an outstanding record with the company.
-Successful record of 2+ years in “red shirt” position.
-Track-record of success in relevant business metrics.
-Has SuperPro Certified entry-level technicians and contributed significantly to SuperPro training for Sr Technician and CSA team members.

-Drive for success, eager for growth, motivated to win.
-Willing and able to relocate permanently to Central Massachusetts (Worcester/Marlboro/Hudson areas) – REQUIRED. THIS IS A RELOCATION POSITION TO MASSACHUSETTS.
