The service and quickness were both excellent. My only real remaining concern with getting services done with valvoline is the price. Without any discount coupons, my mechanics price was a little cheaper than valvoline for the transmission service and the radiator service. With the coupons, valvoline was just slightly cheaper. With coupons, its usually cheaper and more convenient to go to Valvoline. Without coupons I would just go to my personal mechanic.

I called Valvoline and was quoted a price of $155.36 before $15 coupon. When I arrived, I was told that the price before coupon would be $164.45. The difference between over the phone price and each store should be transparent, and noted when calling. The oil change took an hour with no explanation as to why it took so long. I did receive an apology for the delay, though.
