They explained everything to me and even toon pictures of wheee oil leak was and text it to me to show me . I had my battery replaced, everything seemed fine untilI got home. I noticed my fob wasn’t locking or unlocking the doors, I couldn’t open my trunk, my brake lights stopped working, auto headlights not working as well. Went back and spoke with Luis (manager) and explained what was happening. Luis did not even attempt to look at my car to troubleshoot the issue, he just said that I needed to call a locksmith or take my car to the Honda dealership and that they (Valvoline) are not liable. Horrible customer service from Luis, honestly can’t believe he is a manager. I took my car to Honda and they found a couple fried fuses. My car was working just fine before the battery replacement.

Very friendly staff who actually chatted with me about manatees (I have a "Ask me about my manatee" sticker) and auto racing. One of the crew group in upstate New York, right near Accord Speedway. ONLY NEGATIVE: I DID NOT RECEIVE A PAPER RECEIPT WITH DATA ON MILEAGE ON MY VEHICLE, CONDITION OF TIRES AND BRAKES. I WOULD LIKE A PAPER COPY, PREFERABLY, AS THIS CAR HAS A "LIFETIME" MoPAR WARRANTY AND IF THE ENGINE EVER BREAKS-DOWN ME, I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PROVE I PERFORMED ALL NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, THANK-YOU.
