Every visit to Valvoline has been a pleasant experience. Courtesy and knowledgeable staff. Every step explainable and every question answered. I have been so pleased and impressed by Valvoline that I switched service providers that I had used for years. Thank you Valvoline and a big shout out to Tyler and Christian. Christian helped me when I returned a few days later after I purchased extra oil to keep in my car. I drove to Valvoline so that they could check to make sure I purchased the right one. Christian also checked my engine oil level and noticed the power steering fluid was low. He was kind enough to fill it for me free of charge. Thank kyou all for being there for me!

I went to E Hst shop and discovered they DID not have my oil filter in stock, staff called over to Rancho del Rey shop and they had the oil filter I needed, the associate mentioned I could go pick up oil filter at Rancho del Rey and bring it to them to do service. I arrived at Rancho del Rey shop explained to associate why I was there they explained they could not give me oil filter to take over to E H st shop, that I could have service done there, I mentioned the computers where not connected to REFLECT my Vehicle mileage, she verified that it DID NOT reflect my vehicle mileage, she still stated I could not take oil filter out of there shop, I asked to speak with Manager I was not happy at all, the manager came and spoke with me said it is not policy to give out oil filter, How ever he would make an exception, that the the associate at E Hst missed informed me, I left and went back to E H st and proceeded to have service of oil change. This process was total UN Acceptable, first of all why are the COMPUTERS NOT synced in and why did I go thru the HASSLE trying to get oil filter to take to other shop.ThanksRaymond

This is the second time I have come to Valvoline where the employees are cutting corners and skipping items on the inspection checklist. I came in on April 17th and according to their checklist, my windshield wipers were checked and battery was checked. Neither where looked at and I had to get both of them replaced within two weeks of visiting. Upon inspection myself, I found the battery completely corroded and leaking when my car wouldn't start this morning. This is the second time I have come to this location and they skip over items on the checklist and mark them as "checked-ok" I've completely lost trust in Valvoline service and am now worried other items on my inspection were skipped over.
