It was a busy day. The staff took the time to speak to each new client and direct them to maintain a 1st come order. They also a moment when a customer's needs required more time re-direct, again to maintain 1st come 1st served order. I very much appreciated that since lines had developed. They all did a great job.

For the 2nd service in a row the location did not lube. Both locations related the device needed to inject the lube was broken, specifically the nipple end. Also the first location related they were out of lube needed as well.Can I get a credit slip for a lube to complete the process..
