The gal who helped me was straight to the point about pricing, services, and asked me questions relevant to my needs. The staff is not pushy about extra services which is why I stopped going to jiffy lube. The other staff members were also pleasant in the fewer interactions I had with them as they asked if they could access my car, politely gave me directions, were patient with my functioning of the car, apologized I’m even when they didn’t have to, and said thank you and have a nice day day. Lot of touches that made the experience great and go buy quickly.

The overall experience was great. I was on a. Conference call for work when I pulled up, and they were mindful of that. They did spill when trying to put something into fuel tank, because they used the wrong hose, but didn’t seem to impact the vehicle other than extra cleanup time.

Very nice young crew. But upon checking my engine air filter, the attendant couldn't tell the manager exactly where she placed the filter cover screws. The manager used a flashlight and magnet stick to find one under the filter assembly. The attendant told the manager a fourth screw was missing when I drove in. That's highly unlikely, though I can't prove all four screws were secure. Better to inform the customer of a missing screw beforehand. I love Valvoline. This trip didn't thrill me.
