The staff were really great at explaining to me the issues I had with my car, I decided to go ahead and get my transmission flushed and a tire rotation on top of the oil change I went for and I noticed a huge improvement in my cars performance.

Over 1.5 hour wait time for an oil change is ridiculous. There was an issue with a vehicle in a bay. Staff shuffled cars around. Meanwhile customers just arriving were able to enter in front of us. Once in the bay it was the fastest oil change ever. Felt super rushed due to amount of vehicles piled up. The entrance and funneling of cars into the bays needs to be refined so vehicles can be serviced in the order that they arrived.
