Prior to this visit, I had to go to a different place, and it was repulsive and when I went back to Valvoline, the tech was cracking jokes when I told them what happened, which made it a fun experience. That friendly banter back and forth, always makes me feel great. I can trust that they are going to tell me the truth about my vehicle and not try to take advantage of me, because I am a woman.

The staff was absolutely NOT the problem…they were Amazing, friendly, polite, happy.The pricing was outrageous $180 for an oil change!? 180 bucks!! That’s outrageous. I get things are expensive but 100 and 80 bucks to check fluids, tire pressure and change the oil.

I informed the team member that I was pressured to purchase a bulb for rear lights for twenty dollars. It lasted a couple of days and went out. The next time another person said it was because of water from the rain that caused it to go out. He put another in and that lasted a couple days then it went out also. My last visit on 3-26 I explained what happened to a technician what happened and He replied you shouldn't have agreed to buy it and said there was nothing he could do. I'm not saying He was wrong with pointing out the problem but if he/she don't really know what caused the problem then they shouldn't offer a solution and not stand behind it. I spent 40 dollars and still my rear lamp is out. 😡
