The staff told me the tag lights in the back (that shone into the license plates) didn’t work so he asked if I wanted them replaced. I said yes. The fee is about $42. After I got home that same day, my husband who drove behind me asked didn’t I just replaced it. He noticed it didn’t really work. Upon closer look, only one side works, very dimly. The other didn’t even work. It was disappointing and it truely made me question Valvoline’s work quality. I will probably not go to your place anymore. And I hope I get my money back. I don’t want to go there to get the lights fixed again. I work FT with children. Time is essential and I don’t want to waste my time waiting for my turn to be looked at for the work that should have been done correctly the first time. Very disappointing.

The problem I'm having with coming back to Valvoline is I had my automatic transmission flushed. Several months ago ever since that happened it's been terrible my car is not shifting anywhere near as smooth when I first got it the actual work done the car was definitely working completely improperly and I had to go back and Eli was nice enough to fill up the transmission fluid but the problem I'm having is that ever since I spent the 200 plus dollars to get this work done the car just never was smooth again then I talked to a mechanic this morning and he told me that you need to go back to Valvoline and when they did the initial work they either did something improperly or you need to have them investigate the issue and have him redo it. I like the people at the store however the issue I'm having is just my car is not running anywhere near as good as it was when they first initially changed the transmission fluid with a flush. I would love to call back and talk to corporate about it 858-663-5526
