When I arrived, there were no other customers. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone showed up. He did not ask what service I needed, only guided my car over inside the bay. I told him, That I was a returning customer and all I wanted was the Oil change. My car mileage was only 11000 miles. He was pushy to sell air filter which was totally clean and the Cabin air filter to me for a new car that had only 11000 Miles. When I refused he was unfriendly. Then after he finished the Oil and filter change, He brought me the Bill for $91.32 for the same EXACT service that I did three months before on 01/03/2024 for $88.67. I asked him why should I pay differently from the last oil service? He said it is the price. If he had disclosed the price at the outset, I would not have done the service with your company. Very unhappy.
