Every time I bring my Toyota Hylander in my air filter needs to be moved. There is a EVAP hose that is removed. I always ask, several times when my oil is changed, "please make sure you put the EVAP hose back on". I'm told do not worry we will make sure, I always ask again and again I'm told we will put the hose back on. One time the technician told me he was very aware of this hose as his relative has the same car and the same problem when they get an oil change. Well guess what. I asked my husband to take my Hylander this visit so the problem could be avoided he said the same thing, make sure to reconnect the EVAP hose, guess what, it was not done. Now, every time this happens I find out after driving 100+ miles. I have to open my hood, fix go to O'Reilly to get the code reset. This time I had to take it to Firestone to fix for me. Really...

I have been to this location multiple times, and each time I go, the staff has always been fantastic. Very prompt to help. Courteous. But best of all it seems like they are all having a very good time. It’s very apparent that safety is paramount. I always hear them calling out, safety signals to each other, they are courteous when telling me to move forward or move out of the bay. When engaging with them in conversation, they are very clear in their conversation, and actually look you in the eye, which seems to be pretty rare these days. Of course, I will come back again.
