Our vehicle requires the oil change to include a complete change of the oil plug and the part that holds it in place. It is documented in the computer. The staff showed me prior to the oil change. They didn’t fill up my tires, told me to leave with the hood still up, and my oil leaked on my drive way!! I don’t usually go to this store due to past poor service, but it was the most convenient at the time.
