The service rep told me that I needed conventional oil, then changed his mind and said I needed synthetic euro. Then he gave me a sticker that said I needed my next oil change in 3000 miles, when I know that synthetic is usually 5000 miles before next service. The kid was rude when I called him out on the misinformation
