I think they were just short staffed and it was a tough day! I understand that. What was confusing was what the wait time would be. I assumed that by the time I made it into the garage it would be 30 minutes max. The service from line to finish took 2 hours, which made me miss another appointment. I don't blame any of the staff - they were very friendly and trying their best. I wish there was a way to check what people were coming in for beforehand (they mentioned they didn't realize people would want other services like tire rotation). I wish the staff had checked in on cars and given approximate wait times. I was happy with the price and the service, but I needed more information about the wait as it was about an hour in the garage space for just the oil change and fuel cleaner.

"I have been visiting the same location for many years now and I have come to trust the employees who work there. Even though I have seen some employees come and go, the quality of their service remains consistent. I appreciate that they never pressure me to buy additional services, as that can be a huge turn-off for customers.However, I do have a suggestion for the employees. They should be more vigilant when a customer gets stuck behind someone who unexpectedly needs extra service that requires more time. This has happened to me before during an oil change. I thought it would be a 15-20 minute process, but it ended up taking 45 minutes. During that incident, the employees kept working on other cars while I sat and waited. I finally had to get out of my car and asked out loud if anyone was planning on helping me and that's when I suddenly had their attention. I hope this feedback helps.Gonzalo Nunez

I paid with a Groupon and it felt like I received sub-par service, the windshield wiper fluid is very sudsy and it's been leaving residue and streaks on my windshield.
