Oil underneath one oil changed was not wiped down drove back they after found oil on my driveway because of not being wiped down when oil was changed had to drive all across town just to have them wipe it down and recheck tightness my last visit prior to this they didn’t reset my oil light with my other car

When I arrived, I was informed that they were unable to service my car with an oil change because their computer system was down. I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to see if their system would come up. The system did reboot and my oil was changed . In the future, there should be a backup for system problems.
