I live one block from another Valvoline Oil Change business, but I prefer to drive 10 more minutes to the other location. I called them up first to ask them a few questions, which were quickly and accurately answered. When I got there one bay was open, I drove in and was quickly asked what I needed. I told them just an oil change. They showed my my air filter was dirty and my battery was low on charge. I was not pressured in any way to purchase any items. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Great job!
