Clarity when speaking is much appreciated, difficulty understanding what’s being said and not wanting to make someone repeat themself was my only “trouble” with my experience. Employee Yesenia opened my passenger car door to check my filter and as she opened the door she carelessly open it and hit my car door against a blue machine. I saw her wipe something off and she said “don’t worry nothing was scratched.” When I got out to check my door, sure enough she had scratched my car and paint was chipped off. Once I saw the scratch she then proceeded to apologize. If I hadn’t gotten out of my car, I would have not be notified of the incident she caused. The tech helping me was brand new and still training and he was great and helpful but I did not appreciate being lied to by Yesenia and her carelessly opening my car door and damaging my car.

I didn’t understand if I needed a filter or not.My car is parked outside on the driveway and was told there might be the beginning of a rats nest. Don’t understand why they didn’t throw it away so it was gone? I have no idea where it is located and don’t want to crawl underneath my car to get it.
