I arrived for an oil change at around 4:30; the store closes at 5, so I had that going against me. In the past, this particular Valvoline has been very helpful and thorough. This time, they didn't check my lights, and I'm not sure they even checked any of my other fluids like they've done before. They changed the oil and I was out in 15 minutes. To their credit, the main guy I dealt with did help me find a coupon on my phone which reduced the price I paid for the oil change. I just felt like the service was hurried and not thorough.
