hi, I had talked before here about rotating the tire on my car and that the store didn't do it saying that the jack was bad, and you sent me an email saying that now everything would be ok, but I went to change the oil today and they told me now that The jack was not suitable for rotating tires on my car, and my car is a simple car, a Toyota Corolla 2022, I have been doing services at Valvoline for years and never had a problem, I wouldn't want to do services on my car in somewhere else, so I'm asking for help to solve my problem, as I don't believe that the valvoline doesn't have the capacity to rotate the tire on a Corolla. thank you very much

I waited for over an hour at this center and was never once approached by staff to let me know estimated wait time. This is the second time that someone in front of me has obviously had service that goes well beyond a quick oil change. If you can’t get service in within 15 -20 minutes then Valvoline can’t claim quick walk-in type service and should move to having people get appointments for all services. Although the staff was friendly I will go to another company for oil changes from now on. Very disappointing. I have friends who have said the same thing and are spreading the word. Price is also not competitive enough for me to justify waiting for over an hour for this service.
