Unfortunately, I wasnu2019t able to get to Valvoline until 5:30pm and they closed at 6pm. I felt bad going late because I didnu2019t want to keep them late but this was the only time I had someone to watch my kiddos so I could go. They were all so nice even though I ended up being the reason they had to stay 15 minutes late. They didnu2019t have bad attitudes, they werenu2019t rude, and they still made me feel like a priority.

I have been going to the same Valvoline oil change place for years. During this time I have experienced oil leaks afterward about 3 times. Usually I go back and they correct it. But this time I went back and they were unable to fix whatever problem they created. I have an appointment with my mechanic next week. We will see what he finds.
