Waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out they did not have filter for my vehicle in stock, was told I could go purchase it and return for service. Went and purchased the filter from local parts store and returned to station. Waited in line for an additional 30 minutes to have service done. After purchasing and supplying my own filter for $20 only received an additional $5 off the oil change service.

They changed fluids that I haven't been changed for awhile and I was taking the vehicles to a dealership, they showed me where the filters were, while in my car, and the filter behind the glove compartment was disgusting, they explained to me everything they were doing so I would understand. I will always bring our vehicles to Valvoline in Wallingford, Ct.

Service attendant did not honor stated price. I had called Valvoline customer service number. Asked how much oil change was. Gave year make model of my car and told $103 plus tax but texted me a $10 coupon bringing cost down to $93 plus tax At local Valvoline shop attendant said I had called Kentucky and that price was incorrect! Total disconnect between Kentucky home office and this franchise! I’m not happy I would have shopped around more but spent $15 more than expected. I felt that I was scammed.
