After leaving the Watertown facility and upon arriving home, I noticed the tire valve caps were missing from all four tires. The following day I returned to the facility to let the manager know of the items missing (four brass b2b gator valve caps), and he handed me four plastic caps. I said to him, how does this help me? He told me he would talk with the staff. Once again, I looked at him and said 'But how does that remedy my situation?'. He felt by giving me 4 caps that had a value of $0.50 would make me happy. I know it is not his fault, but it was the wrap-up to poor service.

Typically, almost every experience I have at Valvoline, the staff is so sweet and helpful but for whatever reason this time the team was socially awkward, difficult to communicate with & they said they checked things like the air in my tires but they never did or at least air was bit put into the ones that were short.
