I presented a coupon that had been emailed to me and the technician mentioned he doubts it will go through, it caused me to feel anxious because money is an issue at the moment. The coupon did scan. It be best for them to check first instead of causing unnecessary anxiety.

I had a good experience last time I went. However, I went 2 1/2 months earlier for an oil change, and after that it was leaking and the oil alert popped up in my car. Turns out, when I went back, they told me the last person must of badly messed up on my car and the oil pan and etc was completely messed up and oil was everywhere badly leaking. Very upset after hearing that and will not be returning as I will only bring it to the VW dealership from now on. Glad they told me this and I believe they did a good time this time, but the time 2 1/2 months ago… not happy I had to pay for oil twice in 3 months and that I now because of the employee here, I have to pay even more to go get what they screwed up fixed as they messed up my oil pan.

After leaving the Watertown facility and upon arriving home, I noticed the tire valve caps were missing from all four tires. The following day I returned to the facility to let the manager know of the items missing (four brass b2b gator valve caps), and he handed me four plastic caps. I said to him, how does this help me? He told me he would talk with the staff. Once again, I looked at him and said 'But how does that remedy my situation?'. He felt by giving me 4 caps that had a value of $0.50 would make me happy. I know it is not his fault, but it was the wrap-up to poor service.

Typically, almost every experience I have at Valvoline, the staff is so sweet and helpful but for whatever reason this time the team was socially awkward, difficult to communicate with & they said they checked things like the air in my tires but they never did or at least air was bit put into the ones that were short.
