Cap to coolant reservoir broke and staff did not inform me of what was going on. I asked and they told me a guy was sent to get a replacement. It was not available and they said they would order one. They will not return my call for update on when it will be delivered. What’s going on?

I had to ask the price of each service that I wanted. It was not volunteered. Rosa, was very friendly and helpful. The kid that was working topside with her was just dumb. Didn't know where the fill line was on the dipstick. Couldn't explain why oil went well past the fill line. Rosa corrected him and offered a logical explanation. The new suction device used to remove oil took way too long! The dumb kid didn't fill my tires properly. The customer should be asked how they'd like their air pressure set before air is altered. When I told him how I wanted it set after he had filled the tires, he had to do it a second time in order to fill to my desired pressure. At that, after driving out, I found that NONE of the tires was set at the pressure that I sought. This is just stupid. Valvoline raised all your prices and should take into consideration senior's ability to pay. A senior discount of 15 or 20% would be easy to accomplish and bring more of my neighbors into your store.

im not sure if the mgr talked to me.. if they did, they did not let me know they were the mgr. Also i if air in tires was included and they said yes and i asked for a specific amount in back because i have a slow leak in one tire, they said fine. as i was leaving i double checked to see if the air was done and was told yes. well i didnt think to look until i got home and it wasnt. i couldnt go back due to kid activities. so not happy with that.

The day after I had my oil changed there was a rattling and dragging noise coming from under my car. I stopped at another valvoline in Sarasota and asked them to check it. They stated that 7 of 8 bolts were missing from the skid plate, they reattached the skid plate with zip ties and instructed me to contact the original valvoline site. I contacted the orlando site and was told that they would order new hardware.

They did not secure the pins in the bottom of my car and now I have something dragging from the bottom of my front end. Someone looked at it and said did you just recently get your oil changed? They didn't secure the pan cover and now the pins are gone- I do not have a Valvoline near me within a 30 mile radius which means I will have to have this fixed myself because I am afraid this will fall and I will no longer have a cover to my oil pan any longer and the front of the car is now not secured correctly!
