I did have a positive experience at this location. After 2 terrible experiences at another local location I came here. Completely different experience. Quick, professional, friendly, not pushy on services. I definitely over paid for a tag light, but did so because they weren't pushy but recommended it. I could have done it for 14 bucks less, but how nice they were made me want to. Great experience and I'll use this location again.

The team who worked on my car were great. I thought they said EXACTLY what was needed and with my go-ahead did exactly what they said. The didn't try to up-sell me, and they were courteous and easy to work with. I highly recommend Valvoline and this store and team. Thanks for your great help. I should be in for a change of transmission fluid as recommended in the near future. Likewise, I know I need a change in rear end fluid, I am due to have it done. They recommended it and were open to my return in a few weeks when I have more time to get it done. I was in a hurry and the team was able to get me in, near closing. It was a great experience.
