It was clear that a trainee was working with the team. Iu2019m totally good with thatu2014on the job experience is fantastic. However, I feel that some of the parts of my service were neglected because the trainee was being managed. The major part was doneu2014I got an oil change. But one of the reasons I go to VIOC is to make sure all my lights are working, I have good wipers, and my tire pressure is what it should be. I was never asked to test my lights, and Iu2019m pretty sure I still have a tire that is too low. I appreciate the discounts available via email, and I will continue to go to VIOC
