I discovered they they put me an old oil filter instead of a new one I went there and they told me that wasnu2019t true because they didnu2019t want to remove the oil and put a new filter. They Alonso told me that my battery needed to be changed but my battery was working perfectly. I will never go back there a bunch of scammers

I had a 50% coupon that I presented before the service. I was told to present it at the end. At the end I was told I needed to pick a different oil to use the coupon.I sat sweating in a car for 45 mins. While your staff tried to figure things out. Then I had enough. I canceled having free on put in the car. I was angry. I raised my voice. I was told, to lower my voice or they would tow my car out. I do not need to be threatened by your incompetent staff. I just needed to leave at this point. This was a bait & switch at the very least!

The man who greeted me was fabulous but when I pulled in and my guy was not very personable. The person working under the hood never spoke to me and I tried to engage them at least once. I watched the screen as my agent checked off stuff on the screen, he never checked on my vehicle. (I don't even have power steering or A/C) I also observed the gentleman who welcome me, interact with his customer. I was bummed he wasn't the one who did my service. However, when I asked my guy about a concern, he went into the pit to check for a rattle. I was happy to see (or hear) so many femalesinvoled in a historically male dominated position. Yay Valvoline!
