. Needless to say; I get oil changes a lot and I spent a lot of money on my car maintenance. During my last oil change. I was told that in between oil changes I can get 1 complimentary top off. So this week I needed a top off. I have moved to this area officially January and I haven’t been driving as much. I hadn’t met my mileage or my miles yet. I was not told when I went in I would be paying for a top off that I requested. And then had to pay $27 and change. as you can imagine l was looking forward to a complementary service, but being told this after the service was completed, was highly disappointing. I was told that certain people take advantage however, I am not one of those clients who have taken advantage. I’ve always paid for my services and was looking forward to a complimentary service that someone in that location had told me about. I come every 2 to 3 months.. so I recommend that your staff is properly informed on the current policies because I’m being told one thing one time and something else from another person another day. Nothing kills loyal clients like inconsistency. So I am filling out the survey so I can save $ on my next oil change.

To Whom It May Concern,I told the first two team members I met during my visit I wanted a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation.The tire rotation did not happen. I had to return, a few minutes later after I had left, and wait in line again to get it done.I also did not like the fact that I started my interaction with one team member and the swapped in the middle of my service.I believe the amount charged for a tire rotation was too high.No one asked if I had a coupon or made the effort to inform me they are available.Everyone was friendly and they were apologetic for the tire rotation screw up. I do like that they check my headlights, signals and tire pressure.RespectfullyTony Oliver
