Not only were they pleasant, informative and professional, but my car key chose then, to break off from my fob So I inserted the bear key blade into ignition and turned it, it would start but then immediately shut off.. The manager Was obviously a mechanic, his knowledge and expertise was quite apparent. He tested the battery and that was not it, checked a couple of other things, and then took the broken key fob and held it up to the ignition while turning the key blade. That did it! Said it's a safety feature on car fobs. They were so pleasant and so nice! To help me like that. And oh yeah, the oil change was Blazing. Valvoline should be very proud of this store and the entire staff that was there today.!

Get better trained staff. I came in for an engine oil change and staff drained my transmission fluid amd engine fluid. I never requested my transmission to be drained. Staff were uneducated. They made a mistake and didn't even say anything. I drove off with my transmission fluid empty. Had to turn around quickly as all my dash alarms went off. I think I damaged my transmission by running it dry. I put an claim in to have the word redone by professionals at an AUDI dealership, after I had the work done they refuse to pay for damages
