I would honestly like a refund. I got there and waited an hour and a half for my oil change to start. I was late for picking up my little ones due to this and had to call on a family member to go. I've been using this same Valvoline for years and I can tell you i don't think ill be back. Everyone was stressed out and running around they even forgot to give me my receipt and sticker for my next oil change and i had to point and ask them if that was mine after they told me i was all set to drive off. $102 oil change for not good customer service or the "quick" service Valvoline promises.
