I LOVE bringing my cars to this Valvoline. Zero qualifiers. The service, the attitude of the staff and crew are stellar. My business is Team Building and challenge Courses. I use this location as an example of how it should be done.....Once, the oil cap was lost. It happens. Instead of pretenidng it didn't happen the tech admitted the error, looked to find it and ended up sending out to an auto parts store to replace it. He could've ignored it. I always recommend this place.

Firstly, they barely acknowledge you are there once in the booth you are definitely prompted to buy more every time, this particular time I bought the coolant flush add-on, which I wasn't going to receive until I mentioned it they had closed my hood and were waving me off when I said did you flush the coolant thingy to which they said no we're doing it now pull back in.. they would totally have let me drive away without doing it!
