I submitted a complaint about this visit already, but the staff were really friendly and I had no issues with them. When I arrived the staff inspected my car and reported no issues until they unscrewed the drain bolt and informed me that it was stripped and cracked. They blamed the person who did the oil change before ( the dealer) and said it was cracked beforehand. This was not reported on the pre Inspection on the car before the oil change was done. The car has had about 4500 miles since the last oil change and for the amount it is currently leaking is impossible for it to leak that long without the engine blowing up. Now I am stuck paying for an oil pan replacement out of pocket because of this.

They did not do a full check like other valvolines. I went to this location because it was close to where my child did a haircut and expected more from the reviews it had. They did my oil change but did not so light checks, brake check, transmission.. didnt even ask if i needed new wipers? Didnt check my antifreeze or anything else. They did oil change. I had to ask for them to check my tire pressure..
