I recently went in for a synthetic oil change for my car, which I had a new engine installed in last year. I'm meticulous about oil changes and maintaining my vehicle. However, the technicians at the service center didn't follow my instructions to drain the oil from the engine; instead, they pumped it out. When I got home and started my car the next day, the engine sounded terrible, like it was running dry. Upon checking the oil level, I found it barely registered on the dipstick.Returning to the service center, I was shocked to discover that they had charged me for 5.9 quarts of oil, including an additional fee for the 0.9, yet they hadn't even put in 4 quarts. This negligence could have led to serious consequences if I hadn't caught it in time. Needless to say, I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided.
