I was informed that the last time I was there the same shop improperly put in some bolt that is now stripped. I was told a case would be opened up. I was told BY THIS SHOP because it’s a car with only 28000 miles if they tell me otherwise they are pulling the wool over my eyes. Keep in mind this was told to me by the shop. The next day I get a call from some random person to tell me that it is a “manufacturer default” Taking zero ownership of this, and placing the burden on me. So I don’t feel any confidence in this place Valvoline in general and I would encourage anyone that I speak to never go to this place never go to Valvoline go somewhere else. I only only have you lost one customer, but like the butterfly effect you have lost many many more and I know nobody cares deep down. I don’t trust Valvoline I was informed by somebody working there that they have extremely inexperienced people, and they have to constantly clean up after the screw ups. I just went in oil change, and this was the earful that I got

The manager, Will, is very customer oriented and friendly. Will informed me when I got an oil change that there were a couple other things i should consider getting. I returned to the Oviedo Valvoline to have the work done. They were organized, even though there were a couple of newer guys working there (my observations, anyway). I will return to this Valvoline again, when needed.

I went to change my oil; however, they suggested I wait since it was about 500 miles to go for the recommended change and since I used synthetic oil there was no need to change before. Typically stores will try to over sell you something; however, this time it was completely the opposite and I appreciated the honesty and customer service from everyone there. I was shown the oil in my car and they explained it was still orange color and did not look like it needed change before time.
