Today the representative name was Eric.I really appreciated that he went into detail and explained to me that my oil was fine, and he checked my air conditioner at my request, and also confirmed that it was fine. The only thing I needed for today was to change my driver side windshield wiper, which I knew. It was so nice that I didn’t feel pressured to do a service that I didn’t need and that these guys were so honest. The other guy was William and he was super friendly too. I will be back to this location again

Manager in Venice could not do fuel injection cleaning because their vacuum pump was broken, so he sent me to Valvolene in Englewood, telling me he'd checked and they could do this service. I drove 20 miles out of my way to get to Englewood and back, when I got there the manager there said they could NOT do fuel injection cleaning. When I told him the Venice manager had promised me he checked with them and they could do this, he said, no, the other manager had asked if they could do a tire rotation. I called the Venice manager back and told him I was upset, he said there was nothing he could do for me. This whole thing left me very upset with Valvolene.
