My visit was an alright visit at first everything was fine. I was assisted by Ian he was friendly and did explain to me there were other things needed on my vehicle. I politely declined the extra services and he seemed to be ok with that and told me i may return at any moment. A few minutes later a women employee came over to explain once again what i was already told. I felt pressured when I was shown my transmission dipstick she told me I could break down if i didn’t get this done so unfortunately I did but I won’t be coming back there anymore.

Wait time to pull in was less than 5 minutes, friendly Staff helps direct to proper service Bay, pleasant greeting from Staff as I informed them the reason for my visit. All services offered including the one I came for was explained with pricing. (Going to purchase A/C service) quickly finished Oil change fluid check and inspection. Staff made me aware the Air Filter was filthy by comparison to the new one! I purchased new one. Staff finished all wished farewell and off I went totally happy with my visit!
