It was good. I had contacted multiple other shops to schedule an oil change with no responses. This was practically my last resort. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was kind of weird staying in my car and watching the whole process. They did try to push lots of extra services on me, but I suppose that's their job. It ended up being almost twice the price of the last oil change I got which did really surprise me and might make me hesitant to return.

Well, I went in for an oil change and once I was told it was finished, I go to pull out and my F150 is sounding like a diesel. I turn onto the street and realize it is coming from my truck and not the semi that were in the parking lot and along with that oil pressure light comes on, so I turn back in and come to find out after 15 minutes of the messing around in the hood of my car that they never put oil in my car. The guy helping me came around and said he figured it out, me seeing he didn’t want to tell me I asked what it was. And he said nobody filled your car up with oil. This could have messed up my truck severely, also I forgot to mention the coupon I had and was hoping that after the catastrophe and everything that just happened, I would be able to use it or get The expiration extended until my next service which I was told they are unable to do.
