I've visited the Peachtree City Valvoline location for some years now. My initial experiences were so pleasant. The team just seemed to work so well together. Then, there came a new manager, short caucasian rude guy whom I watch degrade a young African American worker who'd assisted me and others on previous visits and was just so kind. The young guy is no longer there, and neither is that manager. On my last two recent visits, the tech told me my battery was going bad. Got it checked out-lie. Battery not going bad. Saw the same complaint about this location online. A husband and wife mentioned that they had the same experience of being told their battery was bad and found out that it was not. I mean. Just why? Why? What's the point of the lie? Anyway, on my most recent service, the young Caucasian guy who assisted me didn't have the best disposition. His tone was like a drill sergeant, much like that manager who I observed disrespecting the young African American worker. The general public isn't trying to put up with that type behavior. In a world where you can be anything, why not just be honest and kind, especially since you're working in a service oriented environment.

I thought I paid for everything in the Groupon app. Once you come to the store more money is required to complete the sale, so i had to figure out how to do that . I asked for air to be put in my tires 2-3 times and they insured they put air in them but didn’t do the back tires. I always request air and it’s done but it was a different staff this time , so those things disappointed me . Other than that everyone seem helpful and nice to speak too. I recieved valuable information on where to get the rest of my car serviced at , definitely appreciated that advice.
