It was early in the day and the workers were cursing and joking around. I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed the manager smoking cigarette after cigarette. I was there for about 47mins. They didn't check air pressure in my tires, didn't show me what my air filter looked like. I will go to 15 minute Oil change next time as I usually do.
