I had a headlight out, which in general is not stocked. The technician recommended that I purchase a bulb at a local auto parts store, bring it back to them, and they would install it for me. I ended up purchasing 2 bulbs online, brought them back two days later, and the technicians installed both of them for $10. I was very pleased with their helpfulness, their expertise, and the price.

I have not been to a oil change service facility recently that has been as upbeat and high tempo as this place. I went into this particular location feeling skeptical because of my previous experiences in different locations throughout the country, for I travel a lot and need an oil change frequently, but after the oil change was completed at this service location, I pulled out waving and smiling and feeling confident that my 2018 Dodge Ram, which is the love of my life, was treated very good and will be going back soon to get my transmission and 4x4 serviced by this same facility. I do go to the Valvoline instant oil in my hometown back in Ohio, but this facility here in Idaho was a much better experience, not that the boys in Ohio do a bad job, but these guys up here just do it with a much bigger smile and are much quicker. Thanks for the great job Valvoline.
