For some reason there was only two service men there. I was there for 55 minutes. I pulled in the stall before the person next to me and they did that car first. After they put the oil in my car, they showed me the dip stick and the oil was barely in the safe zone. Barely above the add line. He said this is where it should be. I told him to add more oil. Thats the second time they barely put oil in my car. I feel like they are not trained very well. When I left, I had to go to an auto store and buy a quart of oil to add to my car. I only go here because they are close to my home. This is probably the last time at this store for me.

You all left oil dripping from my SUV because something was not tightened correctly or wiped off enough. Sent my wife into a panic right before we were supposed to leave town for the weekend. I can change the oil myself, I paid for convince. I paid for your techs to do a job and expected it completed fully, not half assed. You don't leave oil dripping from vehicles then charge what you do for oil changes. When my wife complained on Google you all were rude to her instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem. No one wants to discover their car is leaking oil right before they drive hours away, especially after paying a company to do a job.
