The technician accidentally removed 1.5 quarts of transmission fluid instead of engine oil at the start of my oil change. Fortunately they discovered their mistake and replaced the transmission fluid, but it took approximately 2 hours for them to do so.

When they completed the oil change on my 2nd vehicle (yes I brought 2 vehicles), my Jeep Patriot Check Engine light came on. They tried to determine what was wrong, but recommended I go down the street to Auto Zone & have them check. They did, it was my oil pressure switch, which clearly Valvoline broke. When I returned with a new part I bought, Valvolin claimed they could not fix. I think its a fair expectation that a vehicle come out of your shop in better condition then when it came in not the other way around. Now I have to take time & pay to fix what your crew broke. I am NEVER COMING BACK!

I was greeted by a staff member before pulling into the bay and told him I was here for an oil change. Upon pulling into the bay, the younger girl gave me the full sales pitch and when I said no to the added services she scolded to me to tell her that I only needed oil change so that she wouldn't waste her time going over the added options. First off, I did tell the first staff member I was there for an oil change. Assuming you're a for profit business you would expect your employees to present added options and expect a customer to deny those services if they choose to not have them. I will never visit this business ever again and it sucks you have employees who can't just listen to the customer without feeling she is wasting her breathe.
