I had an appointment at another place for an oil change, but when I got there I was told that I had to wait. They had called and emailed me that morning (I'm a stroke survivor, I don't have the energy to be up early, let alone check emails and my phone is silences until at least 9a,), so I didn't get those communications. The person seemed irritated by this and kept saying, "Well I DID email and call you"...It's hard for me to get the energy to get out of the house and I didn't want to wait over an hour for something I had scheduled online. I saw you guys next door and gave it a go since I was already out. The people were friendly and fast! I didn't even have to get out of the car! First time experiencing that!

The did not check my my headlights, break lights, or tire pressure but stated they did on the invoice. Did not show me my air filter and I was wanting to know what the condition was on that. Did not show me my new oil level so not even sure if they put oil in. I’m sure you can confirm all these things on camera. Very disappointed with the service as I come here regularly.
