Not break a lug stud after having to fixed the time before. Not letting me wait for extended time to tell me that another one is damaged. Contacting me to see about getting car repaired, instead of me having to contact you. Went to repair shop that you scheduled, they didnt have parts, even though I asked manager to be sure they had and are correct. Last repair that was scheduled for me, they threw on whatever they had. I now have different sized lug nuts. No point to have appointment when they can't get car in for a few hours.

I had to ask them to check my tire pressure they didnt even check my wipers couple of the guys stoodcaroundcwith hands in pockets. I have a truck and a car I get service there every time I have to have service but I’m thinking about finding somewhere else if I have to ask about my tire pressure and they don’t even ask me if I need new wipers and they always ask that or check them and they just stand around and look at me like what so I was very satisfied this time
