Came in to have my tire pressure checked and was welcomed right in , one person spoke to me while 2 others checked and topped up air in tires all with a smile and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes with a wave! This business has it right!

There was an issue with processing my daughter's card. Tried 2 different cards, kept saying declined, however charges went through for a total of $269.43 on a $105.87 invoice. It has been 5 days with 2 phone calls to customer service. Issue is still not resolved. My daughter is 17 and these charges wiped BOTH her accounts out. I am currently waiting on a supervisor to call for the second time with hopes that "something can be done to correct it". The customer service rep did not sound optimistic though. My next step will be reporting it to the bank as fraud on the part of Valvoline.

My previous experiences at this location have always been exemplary! I simply had a service technician who was very slow… And mostly didn’t seem to care. The remainder of the staff was as usual, wonderful. Although I was shuffled into a different line while I was waiting outside… Which ended up being much slower than the line that I was originally in. I still think this location does a remarkable job… I will continue to return, and will continue to recommend the location and the staff… I just hope the service technician receive some better training.
