My visit took longer than expected because the technician took out my glove box to check a filter that was located behind the box and he lost a piece to my glove box. It took him a good 20 minutes to find it and he never apologized. The manager on duty never apologized and I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. They acted like it was no big deal. Not a good experience at all.

Had to wait while a filter was ordered from auto zone due to them being out. I was notified after the service had been started versus before. I should have been notified first so that i had option not to wait and to come back another time. It made me late to work by having to wait on parts to be delivered

The staff suggested a transmission fluid service, stated the price and that it would be 'about 10 minutes more' once the oil change was completed. it took well over an hour and no communication to me as why there was such a long delay. left the place concerned that something may have been damaged/still not sure , but so far, no leaks have been found, so not overwhelmingly concerned
