So when I first got there, no one really spoke. I had to say hi to both women who approached the vehicle but once the introduction was out the way, they were very polite. My only issue really is that after leaving the Plainfield location, my car engine light came on. Once that happened my car started shaking and I could not press on the gas. I immediately started to panic bc my daughter was in the car and I didn’t want to breakdown on the side of the road. Fortunately from me, I was on my way to Ohio so I stopped at the nearest Valvoline which was in Greenfield I believe. Long story short, the manager came out, took a look under the hood and I believe something was put back on incorrectly so it was fixed and I was on my way.
