I no longer have a splash guard under my rogue. I went to let them know the on the 3/28, that on 3/27 i heard something fall out from under my rogue when I was driving. I get home to see i no longer have a splash guard and the bolts and snaps were all missing from the front and back skid plate. they then proceeded to have me pull in, tried to put someone else's splash guard that they left off from another vehicle, then when it wouldn't fit told me that my 2023 rogue platinum never had a splash guard... Even though I now can hear the skid plates catching air under my car, which had never occured until that service... And I have only had 2 oil changes, both there... They are the only ones to have ever touched that part of my brand new rogue.... Now I have contacted the owner and am waiting to hear back before I make a claim.

I failed to get the name of a staff signaling me in, but as he was doing that with two fingers he quickly escalated to do it quickly and make sounds, hope you know what I mean. He was just trying to be funny towards his co workers, and didn’t think I noticed, but I did. I had my daughter in the car…very unprofessional. Supervisor/manager was helpful. Additionally, receipt states 18 point check was completed, not true. Had to pump air to balance tire pressure and top windshield wiper fluid. Only thing performed was the oil change. Nothing else. Not sure if it’s no longer done or just wanted to get me out. No other cars were behind me.
