Although it took more time than usual, I was comfortable in the waiting room and confident that CSR Christopher Hobbs was overseering that the Saturn was being well-inspected for a long-distance trip planned soon to visit our son and his wife in Texas and their newly born child. I had not seen Chris in a while and recognized him as having provided great service on another vehicle five years ago. I trusted his advice and we talked about a shared hobby. I had a 15 percent discount for using my AARP account card, but Chris offered a 20 percent discount, probably for my age and being a long-time customer.
