This is my second Kia Soul, and I've brought it to this dealer since 2013. With the second Kia in 2017 I let Valvoline do all the service, no visits to the dealer except for a one time dead battery issue, so you've been exclusive since 2017. Keep it up.

The staff was very friendly. I always have good service at my location. The only problem I had was when they checked my tire pressure they took off my hubcaps. I have never had that done before. Then they had trouble getting them back on. Two hours later I noticed I was missing a hubcap. I had went Easter shopping after the oil change so there is no telling where I lost it. But, that was the only ding to my service

Very impressed with Noel. She was friendly, but not pushy in attempting to make a sale. Very knowledgeable appreciated the education on conventional versus synthetic and the insight on the temperature that it burns and why it’s more beneficial for synthetic. also that Kia have a performance engine unlike most cars so synthetic is recommended. Was professional and also made my shy child feel friendly and conversational. In comparison to my prior experiences with Valvoline, this employees is an asset.
